Q1: How do I book with TCK?
You can book our catering services directly through our website, by phone, or by email. Our team will be delighted to guide you through your booking.

Q2: How much notice do you need for a booking?
We appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice for standard catering orders. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible. Please call us directly if you have a short deadline. Minimum time would be cold buffet 24 hrs and hot buffet 48hrs.

 

Q3: What’s the minimum number of people I can book for?
Usually our catering orders require a minimum of 8 people, but we can be flexible for small meetings or training sessions — just get in touch.


Q: Do you cater to special dietary requirements (vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, nut-free, etc)?
A: Yes, we cater for a range of dietary preferences and requirements. Please let us know in advance, and we’ll customize your menu accordingly.

 

Q: Do you provide delivery and set-up?
Yes — we deliver directly to your workplace or event venue and can set up a buffet if needed. Our team will make sure everything looks professional and is ready to serve.

 

Q: Are cutlery, crockery, or serving equipment included?
We can provide disposable cutlery, plates, cups, and serving equipment upon request. Please let us know your preferences in advance.

 

Q: Do you cater for breakfast, lunch, and dinner meetings or events?
Yes — we cater for breakfast meetings, working lunches, training sessions, client events, and even evening receptions. Our menus can be tailored to suit the time of day.

 

Q: Do you handle health and safety and allergy information?
Yes — we follow strict health and safety regulations and allergy controls. All food is prepared in a professional, hygienic environment, and we can provide a full list of ingredients upon request.

 

Q: What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary by location and order size.

 

Q: How can I pay?
We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card. An invoice will be provided after your booking is made.
